The Staff
Every great camp needs great staff. CSP staff members include collegiate, former professional players, and international coaches. Professional coaches for CSP are nationally certified by the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) or through International Soccer Associations.

What CSP Looks For In Potential Staff Members
CSP is an organization of professional soccer educators. CSP looks for staff members with these general qualifications:

A passion and love for the game
Teaching experience and/or coaching experience
The ability to be patient when working with children of all ages and abilities
National or International coaching licenses
Playing experience at amateur, collegiate, semi-pro or pro levels
Be an excellent role model for children
An energetic personality and professional appearance
Previous club and/or camp experience

Employment Opportunities
CSP’s busiest time of the year is during the summer from June to August, when we are looking for most staff as temporary independent contractors.  Additionally, CSP occasionally has needs for year round work through its involvement with clubs.
